"Online registration" is required regardless of on-site or on-demand participation. Please be sure to register in advance, as cash registration will not be accepted at the venue on the day of the meeting.

* The submission of a scanned copy of the Application Form signed by your supervisor is required during the online registration. Please note that without submission of the Application Form, you will not be eligible for the Medical intern exemption.
** The submission of applicable Student ID or the ID of Early Resident is required.
Members of KBCS/GBCC and TBCS are eligible for a 20% discount on the JBCS non-member registration fee. The discounted rates are JPY 22,400 for physicians and industry participants, and JPY 12,000 for medical staff.

How to register to the congress
Registration will be accepted online only. Please apply from the link below.
Name Cards
Please download the Name Card (color, A4 size) from your My Page in advance and bring it with you to the venue on the day of the Congress.
For receipts and registration certificates, please download them yourself from My Page.
Download Period
Name Card: Thursday, June 11, 2026- 23:59, Saturday, June 27
Receipt: After completion of participation fee payment – 23:59, Monday, August 31
Certificate: Thursday, Jun 25, 2026 – 16:00, Monday August 31
- Certificate can be downloaded only once.
Cancellation Policy
There will be no refund of registration fee for any reason after you have completed the payment.
Please be sure to choose an applicable category when you register, as changing the information you have registered cannot be accepted after completed registration.
