Information for Chairs and Presenters
General Instructions
- Please refer to the instructions below according to your role (Chairperson / Oral Presenter / Poster Presenter / e-Poster Presenter).
- All presentations must comply with the conference disclosure of conflict of interest (COI) policy.
Instructions for Chairpersons
- Please be seated at the next chairperson's seat in the session room at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
- Kindly ensure that the session proceeds according to the scheduled time.
- Please coordinate with speakers to manage time strictly within the allocated schedule.
Instructions for Oral Presenters
Presentation Format
- Oral presentations must be delivered in a computer-based format.
Presentation file Submission (PC Center)
- All presenters are required to check and submit their presentation file at the PC Center before their session.
- Presentation files must be checked in at least 30 minutes prior to the session start time.
- Early check-in on any day during the following opening hours is also available.

Technical Requirements
- Please bring your presentation file on a USB flash drive or use your own laptop.
- Only Windows OS is available for USB-based presentations at the venue.
- Even if you use your own laptop, you must still check your presentation file at the PC Center in advance.
- Slide aspect ratio: 16:9 or 4:3
Important Notes
- Please include a COI (Conflict of Interest) disclosure slide in your presentation.

- Please be seated in the Next Speaker's seat at the front left of each session room at least 20 minutes before your session begins.
Instructions for Poster Presenters
Poster Session Format
- Poster sessions will be conducted as free discussion sessions.
- There will be no scheduled oral presentations by individual presenters.
- Presenters are expected to remain at their posters during the designated core discussion period.
During 60-minute session:
- First 30 minutes: Presenters must remain at their posters for discussion with attendees and the Poster Moderator.
- Second 30 minutes: Presenters may leave their posters to view other posters and interact with participants.
- Please arrive at the poster area at least 10 minutes before the session starts.
- There is no check-in desk for poster presenters.
Poster Specifications
Please prepare your poster according to the dimensions below:
- Title / Author(s) / Affiliation(s): 20 cm (H) × 70 cm (W)
- Main poster body: 160 cm (H) × 90 cm (W)
- Presentation number panel (20 cm × 20 cm) will be provided by the Secretariat and placed in the upper-left corner.
- Disclosure of COI is mandatory for all poster presentations.
Poster Mounting and Removal
- Posters must be mounted during the designated mounting time on the day of the assigned poster session.
- Posters must be removed on the same day during the designated removal time.
- Pushpins will be provided by the Secretariat.
- Adhesive tape, glue, or any other materials are not permitted.
- Posters left after the removal time will be discarded by the Secretariat.
- Failure to display a poster on the assigned day will be considered a withdrawal of the presentation.

Poster Printing and Display Service (Optional)
- A poster printing and on-site display service is available through Kinko's (paid service).
- With this service, posters will be printed and installed on your behalf; no on-site mounting by presenters is required.
- Please note that poster removal is not included in this service. Presenters are responsible for removing their posters during the designated removal time.

Instructions for e-Poster Presenters
- Instructions for e-Poster submission have been sent directly to the relevant presenters by email.
- Please follow the instructions provided in the email and upload your e-Poster file using the designated link by the specified deadline.
